4 Pounds Down!



Thursday

Breakfast: Black coffee

Lunch: Baked 100 ounce chicken breast (no oils or butter) only lemon juice & pepper
2 cups leafy romaine lettuce (no salad dressing) only lemon juice
1 green apple
1 melba toast
unsweet tea

Dinner: Tilapia filet (no oil or butter) garlic & lemon juice
2 cups steamed asparagus
1 orange
1 melba toast
unsweet tea

Friday

Breakfast: Black Coffee

Lunch: Baked 100 ounce chicken breast (no oils or butter) only lemon juice & pepper
2 cups leafy romaine lettuce (no salad dressing) only lemon juice
1 green orange
1 melba toast
unsweet tea

Dinner: Tilapia filet (no oil or butter) garlic & lemon juice
2 cups steamed asparagus
Handful of strawberries
1 melba toast
unsweet tea

Drink at least 2 liters of spring water a day. Remember your Hcg drops 3 times a day.

Allowable meats are 100 ounces of the following (ideally organic): beef, veal, chicken breast, white fish, lobster, crab or shrimp. All visible fat removed.

Veggies are 2 cups of the following: (Choose only one per meal) spinach, chard, chicory, beet greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, or cabbage.

Fruits are: An apple, orange, or handful of strawberries, or 1/2 grapefruit.
