
Tomorrow will be Day 1 of my journey on the Hcg diet. Phase 1 last for 2 days and it is the "loading phase." During the first 2 days of the plan you are allowed to eat as much of any food as you like. Fatty foods are allowed and encouraged. The theory is that you need to store the fat and energy needed for the VLCD (very low calorie diet) portion in Phase 2. You also begin the Hcg drops on Day 1 of this phase.
Here we go! This will definitely challenge my discipline and will power.....
