Time to OD on Cheetos

T minus 4 days. That is the amount of time I will enjoy all the cheetos, alcohol (GASP), bread, pizza, carbs, yummy goodness that I can.

I'm tired of being fat. I was on my way to getting in shape before the big D. But since then, I have indulged in comfort food a little too much. Ok... so WAY to much. I figured out when I was running and eating healthy that it was WAY more fun to fit in size 4 jeans and a swimsuit, than it was to enjoy that brownie fudge sundae. No comparison what-so-ever.

So, Easter Sunday is Day One of my Hcg diet. The good news is Sunday and Monday will be "Load" days. That will be the most fun days of the 21....as I can eat whatever, whenever, how often I want. Tuesday? Tuesday begins 21 days of 500 calories a day and the Hcg drops.

This diet resets your Hypothalamus, which resets your metabolism. You can read about it here:

So, for the next 21 days or so, I will lay it all out here. I'll be accountable, post my food journal, pour out my heart and soul and bitch about how bad I want Red Lobster's cheesy rolls. And I will record how much weight is coming off. It will be somewhat of a Carrie Bradshaw Sex and the City column.....without the sex part.

Stay tuned!!

As long as it's done by May 20th- I don't want no dieting happening at SAW!!! Especially around a preggo who will be eating everything in sight!!!

Good luck! I'm trying the slow and steady route - Weight Watchers. Down 16.6 since the beginning of the year. I'll be following with baited breath!
